Every leadership journey is deeply personal. Mine has been shaped by global experiences, trusted partnerships, and the privilege of working alongside exceptional organisations and remarkable individuals.
My career began in Executive Search, advising organisations on the appointment of senior leadership talent across international markets.
This path allowed me to live and work across Asia Pacific and Europe -experiences that profoundly shaped my understanding of leadership, culture, and human potential.
Beginning in Singapore with Boyden, I partnered with leading global organisations expanding into the Asia market. Returning to London, I had the privilege of working with KPMG and Kearney, supporting both internal and external executive hiring initiatives.
Each step of this journey deepened not only my professional expertise, but also my appreciation for the individuals behind every leadership story.
A defining chapter unfolded in Sydney, where I joined KPMG to help grow their Executive Search practice.
It was here that something meaningful began to shift.
Alongside search, I found myself increasingly engaged in conversations that extended far beyond hiring - conversations centred on ambition, uncertainty, growth, and transition.
What began as advisory dialogue became something far more enduring:
Supporting leaders as they navigated pivotal moments in their careers and lives.
This natural evolution led to the founding of Consilior and a deeply rewarding global partnership with Macquarie Group, where I became responsible for Executive Search globally.
Working with exceptional leaders across their transition journeys remains one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career.
Since returning to London in 2014, my focus has remained clear:

I hold a Diploma in Coaching accredited by:
